"He came there to kill Black protesters". He had opportunity to do that all night. Yellow pants says Kyle pointed the gun at him. Does Kyle shoot him after that? No, he retreated.
On the run after he shot Rosenbaum Kyle falls. Jump Kick Man lands the kick and almost gets hit with two shots, then Huber gets shot after attacking. Then we see a couple of Brothas run up on him. Kyle raises the rifle. They put their hands up and back off. He doesn't shoot them and continues to flee.
