Jerrys place
you stop it. Lowe is only good for straight analytical talk. He's not good at entertainment, or perspective, and his attempts to be aren't good.

this back in forth is so problematic... comparing simmons to lowe is really like comparing the Avengers to Pulp Fiction... its two different formats.. each of which works really well....

Reading a lowe article is extremely entertaining to me, but thats because he offers things that i want to hear about... he isnt as deep into analytics as many... he has alot of inside insight... for some reason he seems to be most 'accepted' journalist among nba front offices...

simmons is great too, he has alot of insight into his articles... the only issue i have with him is he will harp on a single issue too much.... but if he is wrong about something (e.g. kyrie) he will just fess up and not keep the bs going like skip will...

Lowe actually talks in depth X's and O's Simmons knows nothing about that but sometimes Lowe gets too in depth and geeky with it

A day after a 30 point blowout he'll go on about some "neat" stuff a team ran and talk about it for awhile and I'm like it's a day after a awful game who gives a shyt but he loves it so much

And I knew they were gonna send one of their advocates to destroy Winston for counter-suing. This Diana chick foams at the mouth waiting to assassinate him http://deadspin.com/jameis-winston-goes-after-accuser-in-vicious-countersui-1703684774

In general, Deadspin is a prime A example of why society is so annoyingly PC-friendly now.
Deadspin, in endlessly going after people like Floyd and Jameis, is a good example of how fake liberalism never trumps good ol' racism/white supremacy.

Deadspin used to be tolerable but now it's run by a bunch of phaggot social justice warriors spewing fake outrage. Hell the only place I can find legit entertainment online are anonymous forums where people have no chill and say whatever the fukk they want (the coli).

The official end of the Bill Simmons era at ESPN came Friday: He will be paid through the end of September, when his contract expires, but he will no longer run the Grantland website or do any other work for the company.

Sports Illustrated first reported that Simmons and ESPN had come to an agreement, and the news was confirmed by a person who was familiar with its terms but not authorized to speak publicly.

Simmons’s departure from ESPN went public last Friday when John Skipper, the president of ESPN, abruptly announced that he had decided that he would not renew Simmons’s contract. Simmons has not commented on the situation. He has posted nothing on his Twitter account, which has 3.75 million followers, since last Friday except links to three New England Patriots Super Bowl videos and a one-word message: “Truth.”

And he had no immediate comment on the agreement Friday, although he has been sending farewell notes to Grantland staff members.

ESPN must now replace Simmons at Grantland, the sports, entertainment and culture website where he has been the editor in chief and a prolific lead columnist. The site was built around Simmons, so ESPN must now decide whether to pick one of its stars to be its leader or to hire a new lead columnist while keeping the current editorial leadership in place.

:mjcry:

I need to hear him about these playoffs
