not really :ld:

i could see the case either way, but migos put out multiple classics for their era the same as mobb, and were more successful commercially, and impactful. migos is firmly a top 15 group IMO, mobb is in my top 10, but i also wouldn't bat an eye for others who got them in the 10-20 spot
Objectively, I can see that they were influential and had significant commercial success and impact. But I don’t care for their style of rapping and they’ve only rapped over one good beat as far as I’m concerned.

That being said, although I don’t care for their style, what they were doing required skill so I respect them in a way I don’t the mumble rappers and singers.

LOL. They got the Diplomats over BOTH groups, but the takeaway is the Hot Boys is not better than EPMD?

G Unit only had ONE commercially successful album considering this a Billboard list in which sales/success is part of the criteria. Being 19 is generous considering Terminate on Sight was a flop. They had huge impact though especially with the mixtapes and the albums never really lived up to the hype.
I agree that EPMD should be ranked much higher than Diplomats as well.
I think you misunderstood what I was saying about G Unit. I don’t see how they even make a top 50 if we are just basing it off the group albums.

How would they rank that high? They were a B or C level Southern rap group until 2005.

:comeon:u don't remember the other thread you kept saying this and had posters on here from across the county explaining the impact of 3 6 to you and what they meant to the culture and how popping and influential they were...
