The way people don't believe in Santa Claus but actually believe they can become a billionaire is wild
:mjlol:

My guy posted this video of some random scamming white boy telling people "making a million dollars is easy, the reason why most people don't is because they go to college/uni"
:deadrose:
110 billion people in the world have come and gone though this planet and everybody thinks they'll land in a spot 3,000 people in history have ever reached :mjlol: :heh:

They got a better chance making the NBA. Literally.

Disgusting thing though is they'll defend people like that (who are nothing more than lucky) while they absolutely destroy this planet and society thinking it'll be them one day :pachaha: :russ:

They here with the same problems as everyone else believing they're above other people because they think they'll actually be a billionaire someday. All while the same billionaires they praise making their lives harder for them.

In reality, chances are if you're that power hungry, you're going to land in depression because it's a 0.000001% chance you make $1 billion.
Only two NBA players and two musicians making the bank they got have reached that point by grinding and saving, yet you're going to do it with real estate and stocks huh?
You won't even get close and it's funny to me to think you will.

You look like that try hard 5'11 cat at 24 Hour Fitness who compares their game to Steph Curry and takes it seriously yelling at everyone because you trying to get to the league from here. That's what some of these "Grind 24/7 365" people look like.

Real billionaires will be moving onto trillionaire status soon while some of ya'll defending them to their grave :scust:.

They don't need you breh.

Really should be studied.

Delusion thinking they'll get there one day?
Stockholm syndrome?
Hired shills?

Wishful thinking that they'll treat you fair or as an equal.

You just really being content with being pat on the head because you need approval?

My guess it's at least one of those and a large people who dislike what some of the Democrats say about a few things so they instead sign up full-on with Republicans who'll convince you it's about not expecting handouts, "Working hard" and "grinding".But this doesn't have anything to do with that.

It's hyperindividualism and GREED.

Broke people want to be like Birdman, balling out of control, dreaming about driving V12 engine cars and draped in luxury brands and not working a 9 to 5 ever again. Cats really let music videos and IG make up their mind about their outlook in life. :gucci:

Cool story bro
Can you explain why a company should exist if it cannot afford to pay its employees?

why should they not exist if a person is willing to take what they offer. if your only option is McDonald’s that is on you not McDonald’s

Here's what you effectively said:

"What's wrong with share cropping? If the former slave's only option is their former master, that is on the former slave. Not the master"

:ehh:

I actually did respond.
And you came in here NOT addressing the OP with any substance and you sit here and pretend that what matters is how people define small business and not what a business generates in revenue.

No business, regardless of size deserves to stay in business if they cannot afford to pay their expenses. And just like they pay a fair price for rent, or ingredients, or shipping, or anything else....SO TOO, must they pay a fair price for employees.

And the fact is you don't have a single reason why that shouldn't be the case.

And to bring it back to the OP, the wealthy (which would include these tax avoiders) have the money they claim they don't.
Here you go with that fair bull shyt. No they pay the market rate not what's fair.

i am not shameless, i’ve literally read plenty of labor laws that are designed to only target employers with more than 100 employees or give smaller employers certain tax benefits

there are ways to give people a liveable wage in this country without using small businesses as a shield to not do it, why are you so against people getting a liveable wage? what should these people who can't afford to live when working a full time job do? work to the point where they have no free time and are essentially just a person who sleeps and works with no free time? is that really a life worth living?
You realize that was most of human history right? This idea that you should have maximum free time and work less is such a new concept.

Did you just say "Only 46%" ?

99% of businesses that are small businesses have close to HALF of the market share of employees, and you are pretending like that's a small number. If these Small businesses lose their company, do you know how many people become unemployed?

Ya'll are funny
Not to mention profit of 7 to 10 . Is considered good. Anything below 5 % is dangerous. He has no idea how much payroll eats up in expenses. He lives in a fantasy world. He talks about what's fair but never talks real numbers. He knows if he starts talking real numbers his idea of fair won't work.

Free market.
If you can't compete, you don't exist. That's the FUNDAMENTAL BASIS of capitalism.

There's literally zero difference between employee salaries as an expense, and every other expense.
It is impossible for you prove otherwise. No matter how in the weeds you want to go.

They can afford to pay employees. Employees are getting paid. So your statement is false.

Breh it's comical and sad at the same time how clueless alot of these posters are. Payroll is easily one of the biggest expense killers for a Business. I constantly ask "Explain Budgeting in a business", with no answer. They live in a fantasy world where money grows on trees
