yes they did mention it...a lot of times..
but it did not fit the story the pac stans made up. This story about a vicious evil man name biggie...who stole pac's style, album gimmick, set him up and then eventually shot him.
Biggie was there for him, he wanted to show him respect.
so when Pac rapped in Dear Mama about his dad passing and he didn't cry, that was before he met this cat in the hospital?
Most likely he wrote the song before being shot...always was amazed he wrote it while dropping a deuce on the toilet.

Had Pac not have died I think he would have atleast looked out for his younger siblings.
No homo, but Pac just seemed like the type that wouldn't allow them to be starving or living in the hood if he had the means to change it....He would have looked beyond his biological father's idiotic actions (leaving him at age 5) and realized that his younger siblings were innocent in all that.....(the fact that he wanted to spend Thanksgiving of 96 with them is evidence of that)
It would feel great to find out u had 6 more brothers and sisters at the age of 24 when u spent ur whole life thinking u only had 2 siblings. That's a beautiful thing man.....

Sh1t happened 20 summin years ago b, ur not gonna remember every single word that was spoken at that single moment in time. Most likely Big walked into the hospital, saw an older man who looked EXACTLY like Pac and assumed it was Pac's father, the main person that he should talk to in a situation like this. Probably approached him as "Mr. Shakur" or sum sh1t......in Mr Garland's 60 yr old mind all he remembers is that Big acknowledged him as Pac's father.....which we have no reason to deny happened.
I just wonder if he had told Pac that during his visits to him in prison (but Pac really gave no indication of the rampage he'd go on when he got out of jail at the time....to keep it 100, Pac didn't start dissing cats until the last 3 months of his life.......All eyes on me may have had some subliminals but nothing blatant)

Breh, that's inheritance money. Unless he had a will specifically stating he wanted 100% to go to his moms, then he has a right to something as well. Especially as he knew Pac and never had a beef with him.
