I still want a response to that decision...
But I just had a laugh at the thought of Thomas voting to strike down reparations and those fools still being like "
He did it to help black people find their own way!", that on top of all his other decisions makes this position hilarious to me.

I can't imagine anyone paying attention to SCOTUS decisions and coming to the conclusion that Thomas is for black people. And even with a charitable approach to what people have provided as simple "libertarianism", I can promise you are far out of your depth if you champion that as means of improving the wellbeing of black people in this country, that is beyond fukking stupid and white supremacists dream of that scenario.
Best case for black people in this country is to improve voter turnout, control the blocs, and put candidates in office that will actually have our best interest in mind and produce results through legislation or they get the boot. From there, we can eventually pickup seats in the SCOTUS, or hell, we could have the numbers to expand it and go from there. Stuff like that has to be tried before anything nearing the stupid shyt some of you fools suggest. That is the responsible approach by anyone that has put considerable time into thinking about the matter.
Problem with the internet is assuming all opinions are equal and worthy of consideration. In reality, if we could have the hours of reading, time spent with philosophy, time spent flushing out axioms, and time spent critically thinking, you would see who was ranked bronze, and who is acting like that are gold or platinum ranked. We need some kind of protected online test for a ranking system on the internet at this point, with annual retests.

I'm joking but not really.
