Bird box = mostly good, there a certain direction choice that has the better portions of the movie playing out like a flashback, with twenty minutes left , the movie turns into Gravity in the woods with a not so surprising ending

I lowkey agree with this. I would say 7 because it was really good but I wanted an explanation as well.
I liked “A Quiet Place” too though. I liked it’s originality and that it was actually scary at timesZ very intense. This was intense too.

John Malkovich could've been the Mr. Pink of the movie but Blanche from the Golden Girls knocked him out while he was spitting facts (and surprise surprise, they all suffered because of it).
Common sense just goes out the window with these movies. And a shelter for the blind is the last refuge? I guess the idea of blind people being immune didn't come up during Lil Rel's googles for How To Be A Hotep Vol. 1

Wanted to like it but shyt was trash. Felt very contrived. Weak story. Weak writing. Pointless characters that added nothing to the story. Movie felt like it just wanted to get the whole thing over with.
