It's not. I'm not being "mean." I'm being factual. Continents aren't monolithic. People need to lose this idea that Africa is a country. Korea isn't trying to get credit for Russia. India and China clearly have different history. I listed two pairs of neighboring countries on the same continent that have a distinctively different cultures and histories... Why are blacks from West Africa latching on to something on the other side of the continent? Because of skin color?

the difference is those & most continents have natural or man-made barriers that kept the people from commingling. Africa does not.

When you see a white guy do you know if he's German or English? So you allow misinformed white people to define you? White people can't tell the difference between Chinese and Japanese people but the two seem to remain separate. Why do black people allow ignorant people to categorize them? Then again this isn't the first time blacks allowed white people to tell them what they are, is it? First you let them call you a niggr. Then you let them call you subhuman. Difference is most of us have no idea where our ancestors come from. Japanese man knows he came from Japan. Black american doesn't know where he is from.
