That’s false. Alot of people don’t know this but Baltimore has the highest percentage of black owned businesses in the country. Plus a strong middle class with two HBCUs right here in the city. Safety is what you make it tho

We don't need cities to be 50% black to be great cities for black people and families. The United States is 12.3% black. I think we can analyze the viability of being black in any city over that threshold, and major cities below that. LA is only 8.7% black, but there is a community of 350,000 blacks in the city and almost 1.2 million blacks in the Greater LA metropolis. So LA has a lower than typical black average, but the actual population of blacks is so large, and the black community so established, it deserves discussion...

I live in Virginia Beach. This is a good place to live overall and generally speaking, but if you ask me specifically for blacks? Nah, I can think of a bunch of cities I think are better for us than VB/Norfolk...
