Everytime I think of that site, I think of my ex posting her pictures and a clip of her getting her back blown out. Had the audacity to asked if I wanted to see it. I'm like "fukk NO, but I'll look at the photos tho "

i was at a work event for my company today. Me and my coworker start talkin to this girl and throughout the course of convo, she tells us she’s from the area in Mississippi where Trey Reed is from. She had been all over social media rallying for justice, further investigation, etc.

A cousin who worked with the coroner called and said “cuz you gotta take all that down, you’re wrong”

Her cousin showed her a video and apparently the video shows breh talking on the phone, slam his phone down, take his belt off and tie it over the tree and hang himself

EDIT: she also mentioned he had attempted suicide 3 times before

I don’t think we’ll ever stop with the conspiracy theories. There’s an innate mistrust of police and authority because we have numerous cases of lies and coverups. I do think the lack of additional information has stoked the lynching rumors.

I do hate how we minimize the mental health in these cases though. If the suicide was the cause of death, that young man was in such a low place he carried out the act by hanging himself on a tree and that’s sad as hell
