Theyve been building a lot on new york ave. This is like the scene from Up; another apartment is going in that empty lot too.
Theyre tearing down all these single/multi family homes and putting apartments there. People better get on it before it's too late

Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and Texas are taking a lot of our people away from here. It's getting hectic living here though. 
Countless people I grew up with or went to school with have moved down south. Florida Georgia NC etc
you got whole neighborhoods in FL that are 2 generations of NYers...2nd generation still NYers and born or grew up in FL don't ask me how
