I am dead at you taking that from her post. She literally said NOTHING of the sort.
But basically your post encapsulates why coli men (or other Black male misogynists) are to never be taken seriously on the subject of Black feminism. Not to be rude in saying it that way, but I can't think of any other way to put it. You guys don't actually know (or care) about anything that Black women go through that you can't relate to or doesn't revolve around you as a Black man, let alone know about the movement created to address those issues. So instead, you create straw man after straw man about what it is, and have your friends who also don't know or care, back you up.
Truth be told, the reason so many of you knee jerkingly hate Black feminism is because you don't see Black women as equal to you nor do you want us to see ourselves that way. You fear that if Black women believe they aren't merely here to be secondary to you as men who make all the decisions and rules, you will lose the little power you've been allowed to have over Black women (and only Black women) in this white supremacist patriarchy created by white men. That's what you all hate about Black feminism, the part that says you'll have to compete with other men in order to feel powerful, because Black women won't allow you to feel that power by subjugating us. It has nothing to do with preserving the Black family because most of you preach against commitment, marriage, and even taking care of children you create. And it definitely has nothing to do with dismantling the white power structure, because hating Black women's fight for equality and respect of our unique issues does absolutely zero to combat white supremacy and a lot to bolster it.
