All i'm saying is put yourself in the cops shoes( take color out of this ) and the stuff and the people they have to deal with everyday.
:
Officer pulled him over because the car didn't have tags though.
Ok, lets give the cop the benefit of the doubt, and say that the officer had a legitimate reason to pull him over.
That's no hypothetical; he DID have a legit reason: no tags....even the driver admits this :myspotnash:
So the officer approaches the vehicle. The clean cut gentleman, offers a perfectly reasonable explanation for the infraction. Hes test driving it.
It's not a reasonable explanation until the cops have something that directly identifies the car as a tester/the driver as a person authorized to test drive it.....e.g. the paper that the driver refused to show them......the driver's word isn't enough :myspotnash:
Everything about the car being a test drive checks out. The car is spotless, its during the day, the car has new car smell, its obviously a tester.
So all clean cars being driven in the daytime with no tags are clearly just testers, and there's no reason for the cops to CONFIRM this instead of just assuming? :myspotnash:
The man provided the dealership name, and number...full disclosure, and its less than a mile away, which again supports his story.
So the guy's aware of the dealer and knows the number......that's supposed to be proof that the car came from them, and that he's a legit customer that they allowed to take it for a test drive? :myspotnash:
Hes a professional, well spoken man.
So the cops should give the benefit of the doubt to a man, just because he's clean-cut, professional and well-spoken? Like that type of person is incapable of doing something wrong? Well, I sure hope you're not one of those guys who hate it when cops go after guys just because they're dressed "like a thug" :myspotnash:
Whats not fitting here? As a matter of procaution i ran his license. Clean as a whistle...there is nothing suspicious about his story, or the man at this point so why am i still bothering and harrasing him?
I missed the part where it says they ran his license.....but even if they did, that still doesn't clear up the present matter of whether he was allowed to test drive that vehicle
The man's driving a car with no tags.....that makes him suspicious. You can also argue racial profiling if you want (like the average coli militant does) but even then, there is no doubt that in addition to that, they still had a legit reason to stop the car and check it out. Clearly there was nothing on the outside of the car to indicate it was a tester, otherwise I'm sure the driver would have mentioned that while telling his side
Also, he refused to show them the paper.....suspicious.....
And he's telling them how to do their job and ordering them to make phone calls like they're his secretaries.....suspicious....
And he refused to exit the vehicle and resisted when they tried to remove him......suspicious, and also apparently arrestable :myspotnash:
im just gonna drop this in here.....not saying there are any carlton ass nikkas in here....

will and carlton get pulled over - YouTube
The only Carlton-ass nikkas are the ones who co-sign the driver's actions......because he did the same thing Carlton did.....refusing to exit the car
At least Will knew what to do.....
