Made Myself A Boss

I'm not AA but I think we are done here
Thats how all my convos on here end, when people cant answer simple questions
I'm not AA but I think we are done here
MGM is a troll and bedbuck. Do not respond.
African American music is popular and influential in many parts of the world. (Jamaica included)I know hip hop is played in Jamaica.. Its played across the world so what..
Just because it's "played doesn't mean that its popular and "beloved" as what Dip was saying..
Soccer is "playing in the US... that doesn't make it "beloved" nor does it make it popular
Your a troll.Sorry.. Im a little more advanced on this topic then you..
I guess I should have started with a basic question so I wouldn't have to type so much, because Ive had this convo a thousand times on here
But you probably don't realize this but AA don't have any culture other then hip hop so that had to be what you ere talking about by default when you refer to AA culture
Y'all really don't have any other contributions to the world.. "culture wise" .. You don't have your own food, language, architecture, flag, no way of life .... everything that is considered AA "culture is related to hip hop...
no country = no culture (and that's the situation AA are in)

At no point did you ask me a question, but keep posting and looking foolish
..This is how all the white/non-black people I know at my past 2 jobs view race. I'm Dominican and my co-worker is from Antigua & Barbuda and we asked them what race we were and they said CaribbeanAlso...black is synonymous with AA.
It does not mean African![]()
Your a troll.
Im outside the country right now, AA culture is everywhere. The funny thing is, one doesnt understand the scope and magnitude of AA influence
Till hes traveled if anything
Walking down the streets of tokyo and stumbling on SOUL food resturaunts
Walking down the streets of seoul and hearing hip hop blaring out of stores in their language
Hearing jazz in coffee shops, hotels etc
This whole "shut up your not well traveled" gimmick africans and west indians like to promote, gets exposed once you actually get out there
And hip hop=youth culture And is a new york based street culture. AA culture as a whole is southern based and existed over a hundred years before anybody rapped![]()
... That's where I have to end this postLies, actual Africans in Africa are very proud of being African. Tribal lineage is pronounced but never to disparage one's status as an African
Source: My life experience as a born and bred African
Black and African(descended) to me are and should be synonimous.
Ive heard other ppl try to classify Australian Aborignals as black, but those were pretty much the over inclusive everyone is black type.
I every strongly doubt that Native Australians use black as an identifier to relate to you or me as much as it would be to differentiate themselves from the white folks that invaded their land, IF they even use it at all.
I've been to Japan and Korea too, so i know what you mean..
and it different in Europe..
Rap is polarizing.. Some people love it and some people HATE it...
But like I said there is an audience for everything.. so just cause something is profitable does not mean its"beloved or influential"
And thinking rap music was a southern thing..... That's where I have to end this post
.. pathetic
Now that I got a chance to actually wath this interview I agree with 100% off what he says...
It always takes a non African American to make sense of this mess going on here
Quote of the interview
" foreigners have a 68% chance of being more successful because they have lived life... Americans know what they know based on TV and computers(10:32) @Poitier
Same shyt I've been telling you all on here and all you can do is neg ... pathetic

How is this the case. Most black immigrants gain better understanding/knowledge of self with blackness though AA/AA culture. Ask Marcus Garvey
