Every other minority group in this country have an unwritten code. This is why they prosper. We didn't have the luxury of coming here by choice and we have spent almost our entire existence here fighting for acceptance. That fight for acceptance has been self defeating

It seems like in the way it's usually used on here, it's less about making white folk mad and more about not criticizing abhorrent behavior from people if they're black...because that's what white people do.
