the POC struggle is a such a fukking con game.

asians and latinos MOST DEFINITELY dont experience the same level of racism as black people do.

we fight for change & progress because of the black struggle and they reap the benefits more than we do

black over everything
This is entirely relative sentence that shows you have little to no perspective.
South-East Asians face a unique set of racial issues, as do certain Latino groups.
They're not as visible or as comparable to those that Black people face.
But considering they're digging up mass-graves of Mexican men women and children in Texas and Arizona, I wouldn't say its that drastically different.

Racism differs again, based on who its against.
Anti-Blackness is specifically racism against Black people, as opposed to something like racism against Native Americans or against Latinos.
Idk breh, every person I've seen use that term is from the third wave feminist, Tumblr blogger crowd. Im not with all that shyt.

youre so quick to defend them but what have they done that warrants that level of defense?

what tangibles have they brought to the black community?

the intersectionality/black feminist crew is all talk and theoretical , they do nothing transformative to tangibly help black people world wide.

people need to understand that black feminism is just a coping mechanism, they dont really care about the social, political, and economic equality of black women. if they did they'd stop writing ebony.com and madamnoire.com "think pieces", log off of twitter, and actually go to the hood to help black women.

dont get me started of fukking black academics, theyre the biggest frauds of them all. all that knowledge but they never put it to use.
I'm not even sure what you're trying to push for in here?
Activists do activist work in the Black community, asking for "tangibles" for a theoroetical community based on a few shared histories is a tall order, if you mean pushed for greater legislation to remove Drug War era laws, increased funding for Black school districts, working on ending urban "food deserts" that are most evident in Black communities, pushing for various investigations of government officials and police officers who killed Black women, men and children, pushing for greater HPV testing on college campuses, starting foundations to get a pipeline from poorer school districts to universities, specifically HBCUs, grants for early childhood education and arts programs, working to end the sentences of Black people who were given greater sentences than they deserved, grants for groups that encourage Black kids to move into science fields, etc.
There are thousands more things I can put here, its not my job to end my skepticism, I'm just pointing out that you're incredibly wrong, and your vision is clouded.
Do you actually live in a Black neighborhood in any major city?

The problem is that most of us strive and crave approval from white folks.
Many in that group get angry when a Black man encourages separation from said white folks.

We want their hair.
We want the products they sell.
We want to go to the same schools and jobs.
We want to live in the same neighborhoods they live in.

Please prove me wrong without the feminized insults.........if you can.

I was around a lot of fellow black co workers one time and I was like im more of a Malcolm X kind of guy than Martin and these fools was :whoa: no, no... martin was all about all of us white and blacks coming together Malcolm was more of being distance...

I only talk to 3 blacks after that at work.. I couldn't trust the rest of these nikkas

And lets not act as if Black women don't face vastly different struggles than Black men do.
Alongside forced beauty standards and sexual commodification, they face violence from Black men, increased rates of abuse, entirely different body issues (including things like endometriosis, other chronic conditions, and vastly higher rates of HPV, and a greater chance of impoverishment due to abandonment after giving birth.)
The same goes for poorer Black people in contrast to wealthier Black people. We don't throw them all in the same category because they face a tremendously different set of issues.

nikka you need to take a couple seats

even though what you said is very true and should be acknowledged, the main problem ALL black people face is access to opportunity. we could solve all of those problems you listed but black people would still have no wealth and have no mechanisms in place to build wealth. we'd still have to rely on white people to provide us with the basic essentials in western world; employment, healthful, food, safety, technology, etc.

we'd still rely on white people to promote and validate black beauty because we have no wealth to build our own media outlets and control our standard of beauty

black women and men's problems in the western world are the same, your ilk needs to get that straight. even everything you listed affects black men as well, directly and indirectly

and why do black feminists want to so badly separate themselves from the COLLECTIVE black struggle. it seems like any problem they share with cis gendered black men is never to be mentioned because they dont want to be associated with us :mjpls:

Nah....let's just put it like this.

The gender war needs to go. The regionalism needs to go. The divisions need to go. If we're ever going to make any significant strides as a collective all of the extra stuff needs to go.

Support black men, women, children, no matter where they come from. Black first before anything.

That's fine, but you can't say that and then tell black women to "go side with the CACs" about issues like sexual assault and street harassment.

The entire Civil Rights Movement ignored the collective struggle of Black women as a group.
They're playing catch up.
I already pointed this out, but what group is the greatest killer of Black women?
And no, Black women and men's problems in the Western world are not the same. Do you know any Black women in real life?

I think that to a good percentage it is indeed bullshyt...

However, intersectionality as it pertains to Black Women in particular is very fukking important to me. There are things that specifically or most severely impact them. We as black men expect them to be our allies on getting shot up by the police and unlawfully jailed, but we don't address the wage gap that's even between black men and women, or the accepted misogyny of much of our culture.

You can't say you are for black people if you aren't really caping for 55% of black people which are women. :sas2: Just saying.

ok but why should we care?

they definitely dont care about our issues so :manny:

socially, asians and latinos are arguably as antiblack as white people. I come from a latin american country with a bad reputation of anti-blackness so I know firsthand

it sucks that they have to be subject to white supremacy, but they primary and singular focus should be THE ADVANCEMENT OF BLACK PEOPLE

asian people arent on asian forums talking about black issues, same with non black latinos

None of that sentence is true.
Illegal immigrants aren't "hijacking" the "Black Civil Rights movement."
You're not even Black.
This thread isn't for you.
I AM black. And Yes, illegals are out here comparing their plight for breaking immigration law to the fight for racial equality.
