Vitamin B12 can be found in Spirulina, Alfalfa, Moringa, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Sea Buckthorn fruit, Blue Green algae, Kelp, Iceland Moss, Chlorella.

i been veg for almost 20 years.. might go vegan after i finish this bulk in march

Oh ok miss. Too many studies prove its better to get it from food. I drink almond amd other plant based milks daily. I was thinking baout getting a b12 supplement but i rather do it from food and educate mysrlf further,

There aren't many vegan foods that contain b12 unless they're fortified.

I take spirulina and chlorella.

ok so the body can take 10mcg a day of b12 but healthy people only need about 3mcg a day. b12 supplements a pill is 1000mcgs, excessive. like most manmde vitamins pills are scammy. anyws chiptole bowl softrias black beans, rice, salsa but guacamole being almost 3 dollrs smh
