you have given people the blueprint in this thread, good workVitamin B12 can be found in Spirulina, Alfalfa, Moringa, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Sea Buckthorn fruit, Blue Green algae, Kelp, Iceland Moss, Chlorella.
Oh ok miss. Too many studies prove its better to get it from food. I drink almond amd other plant based milks daily. I was thinking baout getting a b12 supplement but i rather do it from food and educate mysrlf further,
There aren't many vegan foods that contain b12 unless they're fortified.
