Common sense if you need a vitamin pill to be vegan it isn't good for you. The issue is carbs, not meat. Sugar. Bread, Cheese, Milk, ect. It's actually worse to be vegan and to eat rice and bread all the time.

Huh? Depends on who you are and what you tryingnto do. For me I need high carb because I am trying to gain mass and muscle.That's exactly the problem. An overload of carbs.

Vegetarian but doing the slow transition to vegan eventually. I don't drink milk but I'm finding cheese, sour cream etc very difficult to give up since it's in a lot of my foods![]()

Vitamin B12 can be found in Spirulina, Alfalfa, Moringa, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Sea Buckthorn fruit, Blue Green algae, Kelp, Iceland Moss, Chlorella.
Are you planning to restart cold turkey? When I gave up meat it took me a 6 months, I cut pork first, then beef , lastly chicken/fish.
You should actually supplement B12.
