Common sense if you need a vitamin pill to be vegan it isn't good for you. The issue is carbs, not meat. Sugar. Bread, Cheese, Milk, ect. It's actually worse to be vegan and to eat rice and bread all the time.

Quinoa, rice, barley, oats and numerous fruits is all the carbs one needs.:martin:

Vegetarian but doing the slow transition to vegan eventually. I don't drink milk but I'm finding cheese, sour cream etc very difficult to give up since it's in a lot of my foods :mjcry:

Tofutti sour cream/cream cheese and field roast chao cheeses will hold you down bruh:ohlawd:

You should actually supplement B12.

Oh ok miss. Too many studies prove its better to get it from food. I drink almond amd other plant based milks daily. I was thinking baout getting a b12 supplement but i rather do it from food and educate mysrlf further,
