Black women killing Black men in the mentoring area

Black women have all type of networking groups and mentoring groups for black women professionals and they put on other black women. Black men on the other hand see black men as threats and aren't willing to extend a helping hand. No black man has ever took time out to give me game other than street nikkas. we all we got so this is ridiculous we don't help each other.

There's a COUPLE of black male founded groups that focus on black males specifically, but by and large, black men as a whole seem to feel some type of obligation and also a form of neediness to black females, to which we can almost NEVER not include them from any organization or movement.

I think it's because of the prevailing narrative of black women being victims of double discrimination and being exceptionally virtuous in their undying loyalty to us & the black community that many black men have simply swallowed wholesale without question due to it being indoctrinated into us from the time that we're children, when in actuality it's black males who face far more systematic marginalization and oppression, as well as a lower quality of life across the board using just about any metric you can think of than black women, and black men who by and large have done the lion's share of fighting against WS and for the black community now and throughout history.

Which isn't to say that I'm against black women advocating for black women and girls, but that black men need to shake our crippling sense of neediness and obligation to them and focus on black male issues and advocate for black men and boys. I like the black girls code organization, but we need to a 'black boys hack' group.

Edit: Also, natural male competition might have something to do with it as well. Which, on it's own, unchecked is harmful to black men. But it can be tapped into if we were to package it in a system of female-style cooperation, whereby we foster FRIENDLY constructive competition among fellow black males simply as a way to gauge our performance, trade ideas, and hone skills with one another. And only practice raw aggressive competition with non-blacks.

This isn't entirely accurate from my experience, but a lot of older nikkas do have to step up. There's a lot more of them calling the younger men "gay", "soft", or some childish shyt like that. The same kind of dudes will get angry at your thread OP, but they're a lot better at attacking than being constructive. There are more educated or motivated black men than there's ever been in this country, many of us just need someone to teach us how to network, how to manage our finances, and how to set ourselves up for long term success. Those are things anybody can learn on their own, but this is shyt that white men, Asian men, and Jewish men are teaching the young boys of their community.

Women are more support and nurturing driven so forming a support group is as easy as inviting a group of girls to a woman's day.
Also many blk women are working to mentor blk males too and putting in work overtime to advocate for blk males. Especially in higher education.

Lastly, I see PLENTY of blk males advocating and mentoring blk males. There are blk dudes doing it big and even hosting summer camps. We've had blk male business owners run career days at our schools, and taking kids to see Blk Panther, hosting community events.

Problem is all these efforts get swept under the rug but Kodak Blk telling the world he don't like dark chicks? News at 6.

People underestimate the power of media and image. But there is a reason why WHOLE countries control their image.

I am being serious. What black female dominated orgs do black men support over their own? I don't see how BW expressing their own feelings of stigmatization prevents BM to support each other. I don't understand why you are dragging BW into this and trying to pit genders against each other.

Double discrimination is real...for BW such as myself working corporate and for you to dismiss it is frankly insulting. If BM dont support each other and network than that's on them. BW don't control BM anymore than BM do BW. You claim that BW dont know how to be accountable, then set the example cause right now you are sounding real suss with that comment.
