I know so-called pro-black sistas who can barely contain their smile when they tell other black women about a white man/men that approached them.

Of course, nobody can ever really admit they want to be validated. People claim only they validate themselves, but that is bullshyt. You might be confident, but when someone whose opinion matters to you, see value in you, your chest/breast stick out a little further.

Simply put, a lot of black women want in on the outside attention they feel black men have been enjoying to a greater degree.

Black men also want to keep that attention all to themselves. Let's keep it a buck; black men want to be desired by all women, and only have black women be desired by them. You know many times I've seen and read brothas PASSIONATELY argue that white men ain't checking for black women like white women are checking for black men. More than once I've heard brothas quote the stats that say, black women and Asian are deemed the least desired of all races.
