Damn brehs im trying to get like like. Lots of good info in here. Im 41 on medication trying to get off. Usually 134/85 but if i do eat anything sugary it does rise. Damn its time for my black a$$ to clean it up

Before a meal. I measured it before I ate anything this morning.

I always told myself from a decade ago, that I would be 95% vegetarian by the time I'm 40. Now that may have to move up a couple of years.

Is it linked to seasoning? Stress? Sleep deprivation?
