cut the carbs for a month and see what happens.
the info most doctors regurgitate is old

timestamped
here he talks about how race/ethnicity plays a factor in the symptoms

Well cutting the carbs could be mean they are cutting carbs that have high salt content. Apples are essentially a carb and I’m pretty sure they aren’t a cause of high BP. Same with plain white rice, vegetables, etc.

Tested it 4 times this morning(even though you'll normally hear people say it's generally at its highest when you wake up)

136/84 3 straight times.

Interestingly enough, 2 weeks ago I was around 157/93. Crazy what can happen when you watch your sodium intake and set priority over home cooked meals. I'm generally consuming around, or no more than 1500mg a day

breh look into it.
white rice def can make things worse.

if someone is so far gone they're in type 2 land they need to go keto until it reverses...
...I would barely touch fruit. Maybe one piece a day.

when you eat carbs your body holds onto the salt...
...thats why people who do keto have to eat more salt...
...and when you fast you have to drink salt water.

salt is not the issue...thats old bad data and info.
its carbohydrates.
there is more than enough info on those youtube channels and various other platforms.

In December my BP was ranging around 130/80
im now at 114/75

the only thing I changed was not eating bread, processed foods, etc...

the only carbs I eat now are 1 or 2 pieces of fruit

listen to this video and also read the comments...
....its not a fluke

You mentioned a bunch of things that are off base. Type 2 is a medical condition. You can’t demonize carbs for all as they relate to someone with a medical condition.

You said processed foods. Guess what they have? A ton of salt.

You can’t show me one verified sutudy that says carbs as a whole contribute to high blood pressure. It’s a silly claim.

At best you need to refine your definition of carbs to high processed carbs.

im really confused as to why youre taking this personal.
you can do the homework yourself...
...or you can change your eating to see for yourself what happens.

im done with this.
type 2 is due to the food we eat...
...what youve been taught is false.

It’s not personal. If someone disputing something you are posting comes of as personal then what is the point posting?

You just have a bad faith argument in stating that carbs as a whole cause hypertension . If you truly believe a sweet potato causes hypertension in people without diabetes then carry on.

Slowly but surely.
