All Sony does is copy Nintendo from the Ps1 days, and just add better graphics. Dual Shock just added the N64 Rumble Pak and the joystick on the controller. Even online play was pioneered by SEGA Dreamcast.

Copy the competition and add shiny graphics is why Sony never topped the charts in Japan after October 2004. Stagnation with better graphics leads to a rut.

They didn't invent optical discs, even went against it and then by Gamecube went back to using discs. Isn't that copying?

So they copy and copy. That's why their home base of Japan abandoned them. Losing one third of the gaming world is financially a self destructive strategy.
