Yea, they past that same law here in Chicago last year in August, and the city only made close to 98k off weed tickets during the last 5 months of that year

I think most officers won't even bother writing the ticket..especially in the hood

Again it's a great 1st step. But we have a long way to go. I think Cuomo is working on a Bill right now to decriminalization it in all New York State so Bloomberg is trying to get the ball rolling in New York City 1st. I think someone should be able to have upto an Ounce for personal use.

Well Smoking Tobacco in restaurants and clubs are illegal so even if Legalized don't see NY being the New Amsterdam but I see the double entandre, don't ask me how, lol. Being that I lived in the South, I actually appreciate coming out a bar or club not smelling like tobacco. But Weed flows so freely here in NY anyway. I don't know how many times I'm walking down the street and I smell that ish.
