Meh. Blu fried his brain with angel dust and pills. No one wants to be like that. At least he released a couple dope projects.

I bet Exile is mad salty when he sees what Kendrick/TDE are doing; not out of hate or jealousy, but simply thinking what could/should have been. Blu could have been a vehicle to do that with Dirty Science (Johaz, Fashawn, Aloe Blacc). He was a great, energetic rapper with could actually write songs. He had the pretty face (no homo) for the ladies, and that shy charisma or whatever (again, no homo). He even got a record deal with Warner despite the drugs and lack of buzz

Instead Blu is pretty much irrelevant today, and that long awaited Blu & Exile album was a dud compared to the buzz and hype the first created. He still has that cult following that will buy whatever unmastered shyt he throws out early to feed his habit but that's about it.
