In a Plea deal, you must "Allocute", is a formal statement made to the court by the defendant who has been found guilty prior to being sentenced. It is part of the criminal procedure. I believe in New York you must allocute to accept a deal i.e. tell the judge what you did. He wasn't going to beat conspiracy anyway, it's the easiest thing to prove especially when you're a song stating you knew.

and after the allocution his case is no longer a conspiracy and they can start indicting everybody who was linked to the alleged crimes he plead guilty to.

allocution gives feds the same result as if he snitched. feds dont play fair

The smartest thing for him to do would be to take a plea deal because he plead not guilty to ALL COUNTS.
