Neither, my high school graduation fell on another family members wedding day. I was so focused on getting out of my hometown it didn’t even matter at the time.


And college graduation I had to take a PTO day off from work.At the time, I was just happy and focused on getting paper, was just happy that the few family members and friends showed up.



I was the first in my family but my people were actually poor, but it wasn’t any doubt I was gonna win out here, so no fanfare.

Going back to Bobby, the streets and black folks love the “prodigal son” because he/she isn’t supposed to make it back and the son that did all the right things feel like they’ve cast to the side.

I ain’t mad at nikkas for being happy for Bobby getting out and understand how nikkas feel that ain’t fukking with celebrating him coming home because he was on some bullshyt to begin with.

Bruh... I don’t think anybody is expecting him to be rocking jewels on his first day out of prison. They doing that cause that’s what THEY want to do. That nikka wasn’t even rocking jewelry like that in the video of his most popular song. He was rocking some sweats and a smedium t-shirt. Hell he usually didn’t rock more than a couple small chains from what I recall

But again... I ain’t tripping. He fresh out. He probably trying to make up for lost time

That was a dusty hood video they had no intention of blowing up and back then the jewelry game isn’t what it is now
