You were a fan, that's cool. Just hilarious to see you talk like they were some storied, prestigious franchise. Forget rings, they never even made it past the second round, breh. :shaq2:
B diddy and Jamal mashburn made it to the second round before.

New Orleans fans should be happy they still have a team.

After Katrina, I would think The Big Easy's entitled to it. Don't knock a man while he's already down. Let the economy and the city continue to recover and give it time; they just lost Paul, and now have a up-and-coming nucleus down there. They deserve that much @ least :yeshrug:

I know it's football country down there, but I think no one would care about ANY team that has neva done shyt. That's the average sports fan: a bandwagon, dikk-riding fa99ot follower. :scusthov: Doesn't help matters bein' in the historically non-competitive NBA. But like the Heat circa 2001, I kno there are a few true fans down there in LA, and once the Pelicans field a contender, the fans will follow, the foundation will have been built.

They had a contender in 07 when they finished 2nd in the West. And you kno what happened? Nobody showed up, they struggled with attendance all the way into the playoffs.
