made a quick $500 lick off Spies...both puts and calls in the last three days. When it touched $190 i knew it was going down ...when it hit aabout 186.7 i knew it was time to go up.

i literally logged in to say there is nothing better than trading the SPY and maybe the triple Q. I might get back into it this summer...take a throwaway $2K and try to turn it into 10 by the end of the year. :ehhh:

Try to set limits on trades longer than a day but I haven't been trading past few months. Just holding some options for the summer
