What is the impact/significance of the QQQ etf ? I know brehs like @chineebai talk about it but I don't understand what it measures exactly.

I know people have already answered you about QQQ, but here's something that applies to any ETF:
If you want some quick information on the top stocks that make up an ETF, look up the ETF on Yahoo Finance and click on the link that says "Holdings".

e.g.:
QQQ 315.46 -2.58 -0.81% : Invesco QQQ Trust - Yahoo Finance

This will bring you to a page that shows you the top ten stocks that make up the ETF, ranked by percentage.

According to their website they're merging with Markforged, a 3d printing company that claims to make parts extremely quickly.

CEO of A-One is some dude named Kevin Hartz, co founder of Eventbrite, early investor to Uber, Paypal, Pintrest, Airbnb
and a co-founder is some guy named Troy B. Steckenrider III who was apparently very successful with Opendoor.

Probably worth a few bucks.
