We'll find out. They've diversified so much in recent years that is hard to predict based on past cycles. My thesis is still that rates won't get hiked until next year though.

Yes. My philosophy in business/ sales is it's better to get on base than always swing for the homerun

I would disagree. I would say adaptive, and disciplined wins the race.

Sometimes that requires a slow and steady approach, and sometimes you need to think fast and go for it.
