I didn't do a thorough DD, but as far as price action goes qbts broke out. If it goes back to $7s to fill the gap then that would be an ideal loading zone. If it continues to march then I would wait for the retest of $12s.

Should've scalped it today. nice move. $13C l 5/23 is up 100% from the open. i was too busy trading QQQ and small cap, so i missed it.
now, i would have to patiently so i get a better entry. 50ema tap and hold would be ideal.

Tokenized assets are digital representations of real-world or digital assets that are recorded and managed on a blockchain. Essentially, it's the process of converting ownership rights of an asset into a digital token.

Here's a breakdown of what that means and how it works:

What can be tokenized?

Almost anything that has value can be tokenized, including:

* Real estate: A single property can be divided into many tokens, allowing for fractional ownership.

* Stocks and bonds: Traditional securities can be represented as digital tokens.

* Commodities: Gold, oil, or other raw materials can be tokenized.

* Fine art and collectibles: Individual pieces of art or unique collectibles can be tokenized, often as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) to represent unique ownership.

* Intellectual property: Patents, copyrights, and other forms of IP can be tokenized.

* Even things like luxury goods, company shares, or future revenues.

How do tokenized assets work?

* Selection of Asset: An asset (physical or digital) is chosen for tokenization.

* Creation of Digital Tokens: A specific number of digital tokens are created on a blockchain. These tokens represent the ownership rights or a fractional share of the underlying asset.

* Smart Contracts: Smart contracts, self-executing agreements stored on the blockchain, define the rules and conditions for managing, transferring, and interacting with the tokenized asset. These can include rules for ownership transfer, dividends, voting rights, and more.

* Blockchain Recording: The ownership of these tokens, and thus the ownership of the underlying asset, is recorded on the blockchain, creating an immutable and transparent ledger.

* Trading and Management: The tokenized assets can then be bought, sold, or traded on digital marketplaces, often with greater ease and efficiency than their traditional counterparts.

Key Benefits of Tokenized Assets:

* Increased Liquidity: Traditionally illiquid assets (like real estate or private equity) can be fractionalized, making them more accessible to a wider range of investors and easier to trade.

* Fractional Ownership: Allows multiple investors to own small portions of high-value assets, democratizing access to investments that were previously out of reach for many.

* Greater Transparency and Security: Blockchain technology provides an immutable and transparent record of ownership and transactions, reducing fraud and increasing trust.

* Cost Efficiency: Eliminates the need for many intermediaries (brokers, lawyers, custodians), leading to lower transaction fees and faster settlement times.

* Global Accessibility: Breaks down geographical and regulatory barriers, allowing investors from anywhere in the world to participate.

* Automated Processes: Smart contracts can automate various aspects of asset management, such as dividend distribution, voting, or compliance checks.

While still evolving, tokenized assets represent a significant shift in how assets are owned, managed, and traded, with the potential to revolutionize various industries, particularly finance.

Top Republican financial officers from 21 states have urged the Securities and Exchange Commission to determine if Chinese companies on US stock exchanges should be delisted for failing to protect American investors.

The officers on Tuesday asked SEC chair Paul Atkins to investigate the companies because of Chinese policies that “create an environment of opaqueness that is antithetical” to the reporting requirements of US laws.

“China’s actions create an environment ripe for fraud and abuse, increasing the likelihood that China-based US-listed companies will violate the disclosure, auditing or anti-fraud provisions of the Securities Exchange Act,” the officers from states including Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Arizona said in the letter obtained by the Financial Times.

Got 2 stocks I really like. Havent been holding them long, but Im up pretty good on both. I like both long term, but they also have short term catalyst that could make em moon.

2. Hims- I think HIMS is gonna be big in medicine. But short term, the short interest in very high. A squeeze could be in play.

1. Hood- Hood will eventually grow to be one of the biggest financial companies in the world. Short term, I like their chances of entering the SP500, which should send the stock soaring.
