For the long time PT of $400 would be a 4X.
NVR is on my radar. Added 1 share today.

2. Only 120K avail due to tute/insider holdings.
3. $750MM buyback authorized earlier this year.
4. A good deal of that tute ownership are in employee 401K's.
5. The buybacks are not authorized to buy those shares.

I applied to HIMS, SOFI, IONQ etc....all the company I believed in long term so I can get stock base compensation.....All rejected lol. My sister interviewed with Palantir back when the stock was low but she didn't care for them like that.
That was going to be my next move, attempt to work for a growth company for stock packages...but they all rejected me lol.

Firefly Aerospace filed for an IPO ($FLY). I haven't seen a date yet. This company would be a direct competitor to Rocket Lab in the space launch sector. They also have a moon lander and other projects that could potentially make money. I've been following them for a few years. My main issue is their cash burn and debt. I don't see myself building a long term position with them until they get their accounting and R&D spending under control (easier said than done).
They have had 6 launches thus far, with only 2 being successful.
Also, IPOs have been coming in hot price wise. I wouldnt doubt they come in over $20 a share. I need it under $10 to throw some money at them in the early stages.
