How long before markets open can I call my broker and sell ya figure?

Ten year yield in the US has dropped. I'm assuming investors are running into bonds.

I honestly have no idea what effect this has on Spain and Portugal, probably not good.

Markets are going to fall but the central banks will provide liquidity. Half of them come out and just buy stocks and don't even hide it.
