Uber sells its flying taxi business

I'm not knowledgeable on the airtaxi thing but ill skeptical that they'll have everything up and running by 2023. Seems like a cool concept but too much to deal with regarding logistics and safety. Like how high can these things fly without disturbing traffic lights? How would traffic lights be used with these flying taxis, similar or different from regular vehicles? How would the vehicles know which "lanes" to drive in? Would they have safety features in place to prevent accidents which may be worse than having an accident driving a ground vehicle? Are they going to be full self driving or human driven and how can they train a human to drive an airtaxi in such a short time frame with it being likely different than driving on ground? Hopefully by 2030 it'll be more common to see this type of thing but I doubt they'll have all this done by 2023.
