All of that posturing about chips and now bending the knee to sell them to China.
I think the bigger fear here is they're afraid of making another Nvidia (in china) except this Nvidia is
not beholden to the US or US Policy and can sell whatever it pleases to whoever it pleases and basically
undercut our computing advantage. I think this is to little too late just like the issues surrounding superior
manufacturing capabilities for Cars, Phones and other devices.
The grip is loosening and things will look very different in 10 to 15 years.
