Wait, the gay dude from VINE? :dahell:

Wow
Yep, he made this beat

Apparently he a producer.

yup, Gunn got a little crush on him.
Chill :deadrose: I hope he just a fan of dude and it ain't nothing like that cause it do seem strange. However he gave Mach and Fahim a beat so he trying to get his work out there.

I heard a joint called Versace Church something or other that he produced and it’s one of the worst “beats” I’ve ever heard. Almost unlistenable.

I haven’t heard any beats by this cat that I like yet.

I’ll still listen because of Boldy, but I’m looking more forward to his Harry Fraud project and his project that has (at least) Alc and Daringer.

I actually like that Versace beat he did for Gun but the song you mentioned he did for Mach and Fahim was hard to find. I guess he didn't like the negative feedback on the beat but it was taken down so bad I had to really dig hard to find it. I just listened to it and it's trash cause the sample is too overpowering. It's like all the dude does is loop a sample and doesn't add even a single drum. This shyt is unbelievable :mjlol:

I'm even more surprised Mach and Fahim choose that beat to rhyme over.

Two years ago, he started learning how to make beats at the behest of his more famous musician friends Knxwledge and Pink Siifu. Together, they installed production software like Ableton on his computer and mentored the young comedian. Versace’s first beats “were so bad,” he says. “[Knxwledge] was just supporting me. Even Pink Siifu, he was so supportive, even though they were so bad. He was like, ‘Just keep going.’ I really appreciate them supporting the fact that I was just starting and knowing that it was going to go somewhere, because it really did go somewhere really big that people appreciate now.”

I thought his work on SoundCloud sounded like Knxwledge knock offs and now it makes sense.

He's good at looping but he definitely need to become more well rounded and start using drums. He's still only two years in though.

I want to hear if he can carry a whole project

At 1st I think Versace was supposed to produce all of Pray for Paris, but somewhere along the line the idea ended up being scrapped.

I was telling @areohbee82 this but I definitely liked Versace more before my dumb ass realized he DIDN'T produce 327. For a long time I didn't realize that was Camouflage Monk.

I thought Knx when I heard that beat Darceknight was talking about for Versace Church Van. I could imagine it being on a beat tape or something as a little clip the way he does them but that beat was trash for someone to rap over.

Oh yeah I think I remember you mentioning that to me. I'm glad West decided to go in another direction with Pray for Paris though I read they do have other tracks together. With that said hopefully he gives Boldy some fire loops and with West EP'ing I trust his ear that their wouldn't be any whack shyt.

Jay Versace becoming a dust rap beat guy still blows my mind, it’s such a weird troll/twist. You’d think he would be making shyt for Beyoncé or something lol. I can imagine him sending pop stars all these dope 90s r&b style beats and being rejected though lol. Salute the bro.

I cant even comprehend how it happened but i i love it
