That's it.
So for me, I haven't listened to hiphop in three years, aside from certain people like Jay Elec n J.cole.
And as difficult as it was at first, I legit don't miss it now. So no hip hop radio, no Spotify hip hop, nothing.
Why would I tune into people monetizing my community's trauma and dysfunction?
I'm off that, and have been since 2019.
