Endorsement contracts always include language giving the company paying the celebrity/athlete the right to walk away if you say/do anything that might reflect negatively on them. Very standard.

They are a fashion company and the LGBTQ community are very prominent throughout the fashion industry. Like I said the company HQ is in Manchester which is 2/3rd biggest area in the UK for the community. You dont want to be blacklisted/on the shytlist of powerful Gay and Lesbian powerbrokers.
