This topic came up before recently. Both parties have a history of stalling legislation if campaigning off of it benefits them more. I'll provide the exact same example of Dems doing it, as in the previous thread:
Right before the 2020 election, Congress was negotiating a new Stimulus package and Trump and Munichin offered up a deal that included much of what Dems wanted. Nancy Pelosi refused to put it up for a vote. Here is a video of CNN reporter Wolf Blitzer damn near begging Pelosi to put the bill up for a vote. Pelosi didn't want those $2000 checks to go out before the election signed by Trump. This was in October of 2020, shortly after lockdowns and many still out of work.

they hate black people are starting to think for themselves... if you make a group the bottom base of a political party for 60 plus years treat them like shyt and keep them on the bottom of a socioeconomic racial totem poll to be a permanent underclass people here just expect them to take it with no argument...
