This topic came up before recently. Both parties have a history of stalling legislation if campaigning off of it benefits them more. I'll provide the exact same example of Dems doing it, as in the previous thread:

Right before the 2020 election, Congress was negotiating a new Stimulus package and Trump and Munichin offered up a deal that included much of what Dems wanted. Nancy Pelosi refused to put it up for a vote. Here is a video of CNN reporter Wolf Blitzer damn near begging Pelosi to put the bill up for a vote. Pelosi didn't want those $2000 checks to go out before the election signed by Trump. This was in October of 2020, shortly after lockdowns and many still out of work.

While the two men are “lovely,” Pelosi said, “they know nothing about” the specifics of the White House’s proposals and “they are not negotiating this situation – they have no idea of the particulars, they have no idea of what the language is here.”

Members of the Problem Solvers Caucus “don’t have any earned income tax credit or child tax credit in their proposal, either,” like the White House proposal, she added.

“With all due respect to the kind of people you were referencing – and I welcome their enthusiasm, I welcome their interests, I welcome their originality of their thinking,” Pelosi said. “But the fact is we have a responsibility to meet the needs of the American people in a retroactive way so they are not at a total loss.”

“Nobody is waiting until February – I want this very much now, because people need help now,” Pelosi said. “But it’s no use giving them a false thing just because the President wants to put a check with his name on it in the mail that we should not be doing all we can to help people pay the rent, put food on the table and enhance benefits.”

House passes $2.2 trillion coronavirus relief bill amid faltering talks

the Democrat majority house passed a relief bill in october 2020....

if they didnt want relief before the election...

why would they pass a relief bill in october?

hmm... what was the president sayin at this time...

President Trump has sent mixed signals about the next round of relief. Earlier this month, the president effectively killed discussions on a broader stimulus package, stating it would only come until "after I win" the election. Then he reversed course and urged Congress to approve piecemeal coronavirus relief measures he would sign, including a new round of $1,200 stimulus checks for Americans.

Bro, Nancy Pelosi put forth a lame duck bill ($2.2 Trillion) she knew wasn't going anywhere. Trump later put forth his $1.8 Trillion package and she refused to put it up for a vote despite members of her own party begging for it. Pelosi got what she wanted and waited for Biden to be elected only to pass a $900 Billion package.

the bothsides arguement is that both sides are equal...

understanding the lesser of two evils is the antithesis of the bothsides argument....
Not necessarily. It’s Both Sides of the same white supremacy political coin.

Overt vs Covert

But It all depends on the day and the action. Both Sides and their shills are going to downplay their demonic displays of white supremacy. It’s just sad and pathetic when Black shills on Both Sides do it, friend

They hate they losing control...:manny: they hate black people are starting to think for themselves... if you make a group the bottom base of a political party for 60 plus years treat them like shyt and keep them on the bottom of a socioeconomic racial totem poll to be a permanent underclass people here just expect them to take it with no argument...:beli:

nah fukk that it's time we got ours...:birdman:
They are comfortable there. It’s like the Slaves who didn’t want to leave the plantation because that’s all they knew. They’re comfortable being slaves. So they snitched and thwarted revolts by the uncomfortable Slaves. People hate change.

Thank God my parents raised us #BothSides, friend

And why wouldn’t it pass the senate
It's irrelevant to the fact that she was presented a Bill that members of her caucus wanted to pass, and it would have passed the Senate, and been signed by the President, but she was like....

No no

Why wouldn’t it pass the senate
It wouldnt Pass because McConnell didn't like what was in the bill. That doesn't change the fact that Dem leader held up legislation to campaign on it. Which OP implies doesn't occur. Stay on point homie.

And Mitch McConnell was the reason the bill went from $2000 to $600. According to your logic this is also pelosi's fault for not appeasing 53 republican senators in her initial bill.
