I'll never understand the pass (no pun) Brady gets for that shytty throw in the Super Bowl. All you ever hear is "if only Welker woulda caught that pass", when it should be "if only Brady woulda made that throw".

With that said, the audacity of actually attributing Brady's success to Welker is ludicrous. This world (and ESPECIALLY this site) has largely become an "either or" kind of place, where if you're a fan of "A", you can't acknowledge "B's" greatness. It's like y'all gotta shyt on someone just to big up someone else. NEWS FLASH: Peyton and Brady are 2 of the best QBs EVER. No amount of your misguided hate (no matter which side you're on) will change that.

Brady can do no wrong. It was a bad pass..Welker should of had it, but it was a bad pass.

Then you must live in an echo chamber because on this board and in many outlets the onus is put on Brady. It was only people on ESPN (who were actual DBs and WRs) saying that Welker should have caught that pass because of who he is. The fact is, SBs are one and lost on plays like that and big players have to make big plays. It wasn't a great throw from Brady, but every elite WR should be expected to make that catch. That's just how it goes when you get two hands on the ball. I love Wes, and the blame on that play is 50-50.

As far as the Patriots struggling goes, that's simple. Hernandez was supposed to take Welker's role and he spent all summer with Brady. AHern's absence is why this is happening.

Just to add on to this. The next drive, Manningham catches a ball even more difficult than the one Wes dropped. Championship plays breh. You don't have to be elite to make them.:yeshrug:

I tried telling you nikkas Brady aint shyt, and the future HOF WW helped him immensely, but yall but but but and said Amendola/ Edelman will fill the load:smugfavre:

I hope after Sunday teams could see that nikka cant make a pass deep, or to the outside to save his life, as a Brady hater I see him going deep and a relief is taken off my back, and I exhale, if you simply double up the slot or TE and his play becomes suspect, nikka has to use the hurry up and dink and dunk and shyt to cover his deficiencies I aint fooled though.........:birdman:

Great coaching works wonders just look at the saints, with Payton being gone for that year and how they fell off, compared to now

Now when you add a cheating ass great coach; the sky's the limit:blessed:
Nobody likes to talk about how Brady missed an entire season in 2008 and the Pats still went 11-5 with bum ass Matt Cassell. Probably because they missed the playoffs on a tie breaker but they were the first 11 win team in 30 years to not make it.
