Not true. Most are but some unproven players sign non-guaranteed deals. For example Moses Brown just signed a 4-year deal with OKC last week only the 1st year is guaranteed.

basically the teams 12-17th type of players. those guys 1-12 generally have fully guaranteed deals. I honestly assumed they all travelled in the same circles and this was common knowledge amongst the various pro athletes. I thought that most of the NFL players knew that they were getting the shortest end of the stick. It seems to me he thinks otherwise.
