If you are going to CR, I recommend either Playa Jaco or the capital city of San Jose.
Playa Jaco won't have as many women as San Jose, but the beaches are gorgeous, the weather is great, and there is quite a bit to do.
San Jose has A LOT of pretty women.
Be sure to check out the crocodiles in the Tarcoles River when you cross the bridge.
