'This is not true. The information we have is that so far they have not been able to reach her, because the rescue ropes were not long enough, in addition to the low visibility.

Juliana's loved ones also slammed the lack of communication between Indonesian and Brazilian authorities.
Her father, Manoel Marins, told Brazil's TV Globo on Sunday that the South American nation's embassy was slow in providing information.
'We don't know where she is. The authorities haven't reached her,' he said before boarding a flight to Indonesia to aid in recovery efforts.
'She hasn't received water, she hasn't received food. She's been alone for more than 36 hours and it seems like they don't even know where she is now.'

Smh, she was beautiful too what a sad way to go out. The heat and fumes can be intense which is why I’m surprised she lasted that long. As if I didn’t need enough reasons to never get near a volcano.

I do agree that they need to be designing more rescue drones instead of drones that bomb and shoot people.
