Good look for a legend. Do they play the music of these older artists throughout the show when they interview them? That's a good way to introduce younger folks to older music

I wish

A lot of the younger generation don't know most of the music they hear is a sample from one of the older artist

Some of hip hops biggest hits were built on samples from guys like Smokey Robinson

I love the trap shyt but sometimes you gotta rinse your ears with some oldies

Man, that was an amazing interview. From talking about the temptations, giving mad props to berry gordy, rosa parks and jim crow, that heartbreaking story about his dad and keeping it real with his kids. Im not a religious person, but i truly respect his faith and how he humbles himself and give the credit to his god. A lot of artist need an ounce of humility that man has.

Best interview ive listened to in a long time. Listened to it 3 times breh. Smokey is a legendary worldwide treasure.
