We got people that either show up intermittently or just don't show up.

I just don't understand why people don't want to work; no particular demographic/age either. They only thing they all have in common is that they're broke.

You'd think that would compel them to stay motivated and grind. And these mothafukkas have the nerve to be jelly towards people that have nice shiiit.

Mothafukka i work hard for this shiit. A vigga just wanna shine/display his efforts with snazzy trinkets and garments.

Any who... irregardless. Shiit is getting out of hand like butterfingers.

.
Never understood the lazy ass mentality a lot of people have until I witnessed it firsthand working temp warehouse jobs.

Must go back to poverty consciousness.

But then again, I see this level of laziness in the corporate world too.

I don’t like being broke.. having $150 to my name in college and eating $1 large fries from Wendy’s was not it.

If you don’t like your job, then find another one. Mad places are hiring.

A lot of people don’t even want to do the bare minimum of working 40 hours a week :mjlol::mjlol:

Acting like they are being told to put in 10-12 hour days.

Imagine the power of workers in this country if nikkas really just saved/invested their bread. Let it stock up, then quit jobs for extended periods and lived off the bread
Always able to eventually go back to the desperate job market whenever they wanted and since the market is desperate wages are up :blessed:
This should be more common. Like brehs should really just be on some quit and travel the world for six months tip
And the workers that make sure you have electricity, food, water, plumbing, heat etc :martin:

Doesn't matter really. Workers have the numbers and thus the power. Can call them names all they want, your business is fukked if you don't have employees. :yeshrug:

Two way street.

We waay short on people at my job as well. And its a remote position starting at $80k People want more. Period, and they are demanding it. They already starting to buck and suggest higher salaries to attract talent. shyts spooky out there.
