I just don't understand why people don't want to work; no particular demographic/age either. They only thing they all have in common is that they're broke.

If you don’t like your job, then find another one. Mad places are hiring.

A lot of people don’t even want to do the bare minimum of working 40 hours a week

Acting like they are being told to put in 10-12 hour days.

Imagine the power of workers in this country if nikkas really just saved/invested their bread. Let it stock up, then quit jobs for extended periods and lived off the bread
Always able to eventually go back to the desperate job market whenever they wanted and since the market is desperate wages are up
This should be more common. Like brehs should really just be on some quit and travel the world for six months tip

And the workers that make sure you have electricity, food, water, plumbing, heat etc

We waay short on people at my job as well. And its a remote position starting at $80k People want more. Period, and they are demanding it. They already starting to buck and suggest higher salaries to attract talent. shyts spooky out there.
