Obama is out of office, so the major networks aren't looking for black journalist like that anymore. This means they gotta create a revenue stream somehow.

But they are finding it's not that easy.

I remember nikkas would say that black men need to hire white men as figure heads for our businesses.

Now I think the climate has changed... now I think its wise to put black women in figurehead status to avoid these issues & lawsuits.

also, black women are a demographic that is almost bulletproof in the media.
