They interviewed his family and they're on record for saying he implied he did it; they interviewed his roommate and they're on record for saying he actually did it; DNA on the gun along with forensics that it was used in the shooting (gun registered to the family); video evidence of his trail to and from the shooting. And most importantly of all, there's an actual Discord message that the platform released themselves of him confessing to the shooting (basically the same thing he revealed to the roommate in the exchange). A spokesperson for Discord has already confirmed the legitimacy of the message of confession sent from his account.
That's a 2000 Vince Carter 360 windwill right there.
Which brings me to the point of, they're now not wasting time/resources trying to shape a narrative of what Tyler's politcal motives were, when they can be judge, jury and executioner without it. They've already got the result to the equation they wanted (re: enacting a law of left-wing ideology as terrorism whenever it suits them), there's no need for them to also jot down the workings out of how they got there.
The job is done.
Further to that - you're insinuating that there's risk involved in fabricating a confession (or at least a greater risk than the former mentioned), so shouldn't you also be of the belief that it's not worth the risk to make up that exchange in the first place given they already have enough to prosecute without it? What in that exchange with the roommate is the final piece to the puzzle that they already didn't have? They've already got a confirmed confession of his on Discord.

Even if they didn't, you just know they'd move the goalposts to where they did.
At this point, Tyler's only saving grace is that they falsified evidence, and I can't fathom with all the smoking guns that were spoonfed to them that they'd go out of their way to do that.

But see, some of them may have been but most were not. They don’t groom for positions. You have to make a play for position. And the only way to do that is be a useful tool for them for as long as possible. They don’t say “This is the next one for us to do what we want to do” because they don’t agree on what they want to do outside of take power.
Look at Bannon, Roger Stone, Musk, Erik Prince, Marco Rubio or so many others. All have made plays and hit a ceiling. They get discarded or get put on the sideline until they are needed again. Why? Because they all saw themselves as the real hand of power. The real brains. The leader of the “movement”. But instead, they were all pawns as well.
The only person actually groomed to be President is JD Vance and that was by Peter Thiel, who played the part of the useful tool to idiots beautifully. And in the end, JD Vance is his play for power. JD Vance is going to do EVERYTHING he wants and if he backs out….. Then someone else will replace him.
That would have never been Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk might have been well-liked, they might have thought he’d have a political future. Maybe not even run for governor or Senator, but straight to running for President. But the actual guys he’d have to compete with, those useful tools, they would have ate him alive. The only way anyone is getting rid of Trump is when he dies, and then who was going to make Kirk next?
That’s why he had never run for anything. Give up the grift and have to watch the money flow to other people while you have to live by someone else’s dictation. He couldn’t decide whether he wanted Israel to be his master because he didn’t know if Russia was supposed to be his master. Or Thiel. Or Musk. Or the Koch brothers. Or how to carry that load. That’s how simpletons operate when they’ve become a tool to manipulate people. It’s easy when it’s just bashing minorities and LGBTQ communities. It’s hard when you have to decide who’s bytch you’re going to be to get there and how long do you need to wait it out.
That’s the dichotomy of MAGA. No matter how high you are, you have a handler. Even the President.
So don’t let their words fool you. People always talk about your potential when you die.
