We bring back Spags, and this is what you do JPP

Your reach to defend these despicable media types is borderline pathetic. Plus i don't believe these lies like you're so quick too.You right You right.... Everybody on the coli is smarter than Hospital Administrators and the ESPN lawyers that are on retainer for 7 figures a year..
Edit: No Worries @ all
OF COURSE ESPN is in hot water, as well as the medical staff that took pic and sold the story.ESPN probably not in hot water, but whoever took that picture is right?
no. this aaron nagler thinks some random hospital is part of the nfl cba and can just release medical records at will? hes way off base on that statement. so i can just call up some hospital and ask how peyton mannings neck is looking after his latest check up and they can just give me the report? comicalPlayers waive rights to HIPAA?
Thats hilarious.
Even if that were the case, within the contract the players would each need to sign a release of information to the NFL, which only gives them access to the information.
The players arent signing a release with ESPN and they surely sign a release with twitter.
Fire that retard
ESPN is demonic.
How the fukk did they get that info and why did they post it?
Mannnnn he needs to sue somebody (Hospital, ESPN) for violating his patient confidentiality.
ETA: The dude who is having surgery before him, can definitely sue. Can put patient's ID numbers out in the streets like that?
no. this aaron nagler thinks some random hoispital is part of the nfl cba and can just release medical records at will? hes way off base on that statement
Football experts, how will this impact his play on the field? Is it a huge deal, or just a minor issue?
